Whether you call it preparation for potential stardom or just unpleasant journalism, this season's Hollywood Hopefuls have been pretty well examined by the press.

First there were reports about Antonio "Skiiboski" Wheeler and his not so squeaky clean arrest record, with at least five arrests in the past four years. Rumors continue to swirl that Wheeler has been disqualified, but FOX has "no comment."

Now Radar Online is reporting that Casey James, the guy who took off his shirt for the girls in Denver, has been in front of a judge a time or two before. James reportedly has spent time in jail following arrests for driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid license and reckless driving. He pled guilty all three times, was fined and sentenced to jail for 30 to 75 days for each incident.

But let us not forget that at the end of the day this is a singing competition. So, moral of the story, don't let Casey drive to the tapings.
