TMZ: Did AI judge, Randy Jackson "steal" dance show? That's what a new lawsuit claims he did with "America's Best Dance Crew." Jackson & MTV are being sued by a guy named Dwight McGhee, who claims the two powerhouses ripped off his idea for a reality show about a dance crew called "International Breakerz League." Read more.

Variety: Despite the highly-anticipated 2 hour premiere of LOST last night, American Idol remained strong in the ratings and came out on top with a 8.9/23 share and about 24.4 million viewers! Read more.
