Allison Iraheta's single, "Friday I'll Be Over U", is back up on both iTunes and Amazon today. The single was available for download earlier on in October when the single debuted. But, a short time later, it was taken down from all the music selling sites.

Also available on iTunes today is a pre-order for Kris Allen's album. As a bonus for doing the pre-order, you'll receive a bonus track called "From The Ashes". 19E has confirmed to AINow that the track was written by Kris, Lindy Robbins, and Toby Gad. Toby Gad also produced the track.

Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker, 25 year old Chidi Uzomah, has been charged with stalking according the L.A. District Attorney's office. Uzomah has also been charged with two misdemeanors for disobeying a court order to stay away from Seacrest. UPDATE: Uzomah pleads not guilty.
