Adam Lambert's "Racy" Details Magazine Photo Shoot PDF Print E-mail

On Friday, Adam Lambert took to twitter to confirm that he is appearing on a new magazine cover! Adam tweeted, "I'm going to be on the cover of the November issue of Details Magazine." Adam also warned that some of the photos inside the magazine might not be what you'd expect. Adam added, "The photoshoot got pretty racy- you all are in for a surprise."

After the photos were leaked online over the weekend, Details Magazine has officially released high quality images of the shoot! The November issue hits stands October 27.

And according to the press release, beginning at 10am today, you can enter for a chance to win a photo shoot with Adam at Details.Com!

You can read the entire interview on Details.Com, but here are some highlights:

On kissing women: “I am gay, but I like kissing women sometimes.  Women are pretty.  It doesn’t mean I’m necessarily sleeping with them.”

On entertaining:  “It’s all fantasy – that’s what entertainment is.  I’m here to entertain you, and if my sexuality is apparent and you respond to it, and you’re attracted to it, then great, I’m doing my job.”

His American Idol past:  “There’s a feeling of entitlement [with the fans] because they voted to get us where we are.  But you know what?  I am responsible for what I created on the show – you voted for what I created, and thank you, but I created it, you didn’t.”

#33 Mary 2009-10-20 13:10 Someone mentioned Angelina Jolie in these posts and it got me thinking—if Angelina (who openly stated she dated and was attracted to woman), why can't Adam explore being with woman. I don't find these pictures inappropriate for him. He is one sexy guy and who knows like one of his Idols David Bowie, who lived a gay life and in his late forties married Iman (the model) and they had a child later, Adam will follow suit. Whatever he chooses to do with his life, is his right. But, it just seems he has haters that make negative comments on anything he does. His talent has brought out jealousy. Quote

YOU BETTER GET USED TO IT. Put him next to a chair and he'll make it look hot. You can't help but think of innuendos when he's talking. that's part of his charm, charisma, PERSONALITY.

It will help sell. Nothing in those photo's say love. The woman appeals to the men, Adam appeals to the women. She is naked, he is fully clothed. Adam is all about selling sex. Sex sells. Not just woman either, but gay men & probably a few straight men as well. It's a harmless fantasy too, because we all know it's not for "real". Yet, we can still get our juices flowing before letting our "real loves" reap the rewards. Even the "nursing" pose had meaning, because many older woman have taken to him. It may be perverted but there is something about him that makes you want to love & protect him like your own child,all the while using him as the vision of your sweet dreams. Wink!I loved the pics & my husband loved them too! I think many of us owe thanks to Adam for bring a fresh infusion of sexual fantasy into our already great lives. Agree with Jolly and Suzy…the role playing fantasy stuff "Guy thinking of Guy as he gropes Girl and Girl wishing we were the Girl etc" as you explained…only slightly interesting at best at this point in his career. I want to hear his vocal and musical talent develop and enjoy his upbeat personality. I view things like this as distractions and pointless waste of time…he has not been in the business long enough to have a need to SHOCK us. Quote

I just wish he wouldn't give up so much of himself so early in his career—-(I'm a big fan and have been supportive of everything he has done up to this point) JMHO Quote
